I want to sign my up for this event. How can I do so?
On our primary website, PastimesEvents.com, clicking Events brings you to a sortable/searchable list of all open events. Once you pick an event, links to pre-registration/registration are on the page.
Here’s an example, if I were to click on the Two-Headed Giant Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Sealed Event.
Great! I also want to sign my friend up for an event. Is that OK, and how can I do so?
We understand that not everyone uses credit cards, and we also know it can be fun to purchase registration as a gift for someone else as well. Just sign up using their name and Wizards account email (remember to get theirs!) and then fill in your own information when it comes time to process your payment.
I filled out my name or something else incorrectly when I registered. What should I do?
It’s no problem at all. Simply Contact Us with the corrections and we’ll make those on our end.
Something came up, and I need to cancel my registration. How can I do that?
We’re always sorry to hear that, but we know other things can take priority.It’s no problem at all. Simply Contact Us to request a refund.
I missed the event altogether, can I contact you after the fact and get a refund?
Certainly! Just contact us after the event (up to 60 days), and we will issue a refund. The sooner the better though since not only will you get your money back sooner, it is easier for us to confirm non-attendance in case there are any issues.
Is on-site registration available?
We offer on-site registration, but online registration is your best bet.
If I register but can’t/don’t attend, can I still get the goodies that come with my registration? If not, can I buy those items from you?
If you can’t attend the event at all, please Contact Us to request a refund. We won’t be able to ship items.
I registered, and thought I was going to attend but something came up. Can I swap my registration with one of my friends?
If the event has reached the cap, we won’t allow any swaps under any circumstances, with no exceptions. You will still be eligible for a refund, so please Contact Us to request it!
